Show Off

We boast in our hope of sharing the glory of God. Romans 5:2b

Our cactus is in its full glory! So surprised was I to discover these vibrant, beautiful blooms! It brought me such unexpected joy. When I sent this picture to my mom she wrote back, “Wow! It’s showing off!” Indeed it is, sharing its glory and bringing beauty to the world. I love the thought of the cactus showing off. And it got me thinking about how we can show off the glory of God as we live out the beauty of our faith in everyday life. Where are we sharing God’s beautiful gifts of peace, mercy, and hope that we carry within our hearts? Ask God where you can share the glory of God’s love in your conversations, decisions, and situations with people wherever you find yourself. You just might be the blessing of joy someone needs in the moment. Go ahead and show off the glory of God!
