DESCRIPTION:Join us for a meaningful and impactful community event! We’re
  proud to be a new partner with Borderlands Produce Rescue\, a respected A
 rizona-based non-profit whose mission is to “supplement meals in Arizona
  communities with fresh nutritious rescued produce while reducing food was
 te and methane gas from landfills.”\n\n\nHere’s what you need to know:
 \n\n\nYou’ll have the opportunity to receive up to 70 lbs of fresh\, “
 rescued” produce for a minimum donation of $17.\n\n\n“Rescued” produ
 ce means fruits and vegetables that are still nutritious and wholesome\, b
 ut for one reason or another could not be sold or would otherwise be sent 
 to a landfill. Borderlands picks up these items and redistributes them to 
 support community meals and reduce waste.\n\n\nParticipation is open to al
 l – no income or residency requirements are necessary. Share with your n
 eighbors\, friends\, and family!\n\n\nVolunteers are a key part of making 
 this event happen: tasks include setup\, sorting produce\, traffic control
 \, loading vehicles\, and clean-up. No prior experience is needed. (Contac
 t us if you’re interested in volunteering.)\n\n\n\n\nWhy this matters:\n
 \n\nWhen good food is wasted\, it costs us far more than just tossed produ
 ce – it wastes water\, energy\, land\, and contributes to harmful greenh
 ouse gases. Borderlands has rescued millions of pounds of produce\, helpin
 g both people and the planet.\n\n\nBy participating\, you’re helping cur
 b food waste\, empowering your community with nutritious food\, and embody
 ing the values of care\, service\, and stewardship.\n\n\n\n\nDetails &amp\
 ; Tips:\n\n\nArrive early – this is a first-come event\, and donated box
 es go fast.\n\n\nPlease bring appropriate vehicle space/trunk capacity if 
 picking up a full box of produce.\n\n\nCash donation only at the site (per
  BPR’s standard). Exact change preferred.\n\n\nShare what you can — if
