Pastor's Class: Close to Home

Pastor Thadd will be leading an hour-long class on Wednesdays in Advent at the Gilbert Site beginning at noon. The class will use the “Close to Home” theme that is also informing our worship services throughout Advent.

Home can be a place that is soothing and sacred or unsettling and painful. Or sometimes a mix of all those feelings. This time of year often brings those emotions to the surface. We will talk about our sense of home through the lens of the Old Testament texts assigned each weekend.
